Old Dominion University’s LeADERS promotes high-impact learning by providing a pathway for students to gain real-world experiences through high-impact experiences and courses. The program has six key areas of focus: Leadership, Academic Internship, Diversity, Entrepreneurship, Research, and Service Learning. Students are encouraged to take three or more designated courses that correspond with a LeADERs area.
